FINANCIAL
Do I need to pay the registration fee if my child is already enrolled? Yes. Your child’s registration fee is due at the time of re-enrollment.
Do I need to pay the registration fee for my new 2nd child if I currently have an older child enrolled? Yes.
Do I need to pay two registration fees for both my newly-enrolled children? Yes.
What are your rates? Please see our rates page, found on the right menu. Or click here.
When will I receive a bill? Bills are printed weekly on Mondays. Toddlers and Preschoolers will have bills in their cubbies, School-agers will be filed in the box beside the sign-in computer.
When do I pay? Weekly, unless arrangements have been made with the director. PRESCHOOL-ONLY children pay monthly.

SCHEDULE
When are you open? 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
What should I do if my child will be late or absent? Please call us before 8:45 if your preschool or toddler child will be late or absent. This helps us make an accurate lunch count. School-age parents, please call us right away if your child will not be here in the morning or afternoon.
Do I pay for absences? Yes. Please refer to our Policies Page.

What should I do if someone else will be dropping off or picking up my child. Please call us in advance to let us know. If it is someone we have not met before, we will ask to see their photo i.d. (We want your child to be safe!)

HEALTH
What will my child eat? A weekly menu (breakfast, lunch, snack) is posted on this website and by the sign-in computer. Toddlers are also served a morning snack. CHILDREN MUST ARRIVE BY THEIR CLASS’ SCHEDULED BREAKFAST TIME TO BE SERVED. Government regulations prevents us from serving breakfast at a later time.
What is the cost of meals? Meals are included in the cost of tuition.
When will my child be restricted from attending for health reasons? Please visit our wellness policy. Thank you in advance for understanding that we are not the place for sick children to recover.
My child is recovered but has medicine (i.e. antibiotics) to take, how do I get that to him/her? We have a locked medicine box and a sign-in clipboard located by the office. Please ask for assistance and please let your child’s teacher know when medicine needs to be given.
When will I be called to pick up my child? Again, we are not licensed to care for sick children, so you will get a call to pick up your child should they have: pink/red/weepy eyes; an unexplained rash; a fever over 100.1/ a severe episode of vomiting; more than two episodes of diarrhea.  Thank you for your understanding.

POLICIES
What about all these registration forms?  Please have your child’s forms filled out before your child attends. Medical records may be faxed directly to us from your doctor’s office (643-3122).

PETS

All domestic pets must be tamed, and contained by a leash, or caged and be fully immunized.  Pets may come and go with a parent, but not left at the Center.  Please do not bring reptiles, (frogs, snakes), because they run the risk for salmonella infection.

INFO FOR TODDLERS
Miss Gretchen is your child’s teacher. Please visit the classroom for daily schedule information.
Please provide diapers/pull-ups/wipes/change of clothes for bathroom needs. Thank you!
Each child will be provided with a nap bag to hold the following items for you to provide: a small pillow, cot-sized sheet, and small blanket. Please take these items home at the end of the week to be laundered.
Mis. Gretchen will fill out a form to let you know how your child’s morning has gone – daily activities/diapering/meals.

INFO FOR MRS. Renee’S ROOM (3-year-old preschool)
Each child who stays for nap will be provided with a nap bag to hold the following items for you to provide: a small pillow, cot-sized sheet, and small blanket. Please take these items home at the end of the week to be laundered.

INFO FOR MRS. SOMMERER’S ROOM (4 & 5-year-old preschool)
Each child who stays for nap will be provided with a nap bag to hold the following items for you to provide: a small pillow, cot-sized sheet, and small blanket. Please take these items home at the end of the week to be laundered.
This year all children who stay for naptime will be nappers. We do not have staffing for a no-nap room.

OK Things To Bring – Please leave toys at home. We have had too many special items become lost or broken in the past. Things that are welcome – a book, something from nature, or something your child has made. The exception to this rule: Sometimes we will be studying a particular topic and I will send a note home asking for items related to that topic.

INFO FOR BEFORE-SCHOOL CARE
Please walk your child all the way down to the classroom so we can greet you.
Only adults may use the sign-in computer.
We understand that early risers may want to sleep a little if they arrive before 7. However, due to lack of space, please do not send blankets in with your child. We will provide something comfy to sleep with.
If your child will not be coming, please call.
Children who need breakfast must be here by 7:30.
Our bus arrives at 7:50am. Children are expected to be kind and respectful on the bus, and are encouraged to show Christ’s love in their behavior.

INFO FOR AFTER-SCHOOL CARE
Our bus arrives at the CDC around 3:45pm. Children are expected to be kind and respectful on the bus, and are encouraged to show Christ’s love in their behavior.
